VirtualDealerServices.com serves primarily as a sample site for the Automanager on-line suite of technology tools for independent vehicle dealers. It also displays some of my personal interests in special interest vehicles. My name is Ken Welch. Some of my dealership friends describe me as Half Techie/Half Kar Guy. I'm devoted to helping dealers use technology to sell more vehicles and make more profit, all the while protecting them from ransomware and employee fraud. The dealership business goes back in my life to my grade school years when I worked running parts for my uncle's Ford and IH/Case dealership. My dealership roles include Top Salesperson, Sales Manager, F&I Business Manager, and now Dealership Automation and Service Contract Rep.
